3.0 Dynamic® – a new type of angular abutments for prosthetic structures fixed on a screw
The 3.0 Dynamic Abutment® system is a unique and exclusive system that has revolutionized the implantology sector. It is applicable in cases where an adjustment of the screw hole due to a disadvantageous position of the implant is required and aims to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the prosthesis. 3.0 Dynamic Titanium Screws allow screwing at an angle of up to
30° with the special 3.0 Dynamic Screwdriver.
The system can be applied with: Dynamic Abutment® 3.0, Dynamic Titanium Base® CAD / CAM 3.0, or milled structures with angulated screw hole.
Ceramill DNA® Generation – New generation of CAD / CAM equipment
Ceramill DNA is a new generation CAD / CAM system, now entirely produced in Austria. New, even higher demands concerning accuracy, speed and precision of the CAM processes are brought to its components.
The system is complete with a scanner providing an accuracy of 6 μm in just 19 seconds. scanning time and the ability to distinguish colorful textures.
Ceramill DNA provides the use of a wide range of materials: Cr-Co, zirconia (standard, high and super high transparency as well as multilayer), wax, PMMA (including multilayer), Splintec for rails, PEEK, lithium disilicate, etc.
Katana® – High-density, multi-layer zirconia for CAD / CAM
Katana is a multi-layered, standard (ML), super (STML) and ultra-UTML transparent zirconium material ready to be placed in the mouth immediately after milling and sintering, with or without minor additional personalization. The ultra-portable Katana (UTML) is available both with a color gradient in the thickness of the disc and with increased transparency in the incision zone and is intended for aesthetic restorations in the front. Now UTML will now be available in 20 colors – all Vita colors, plus 4 additional colors (including bleach colors).
