FIRST THREE MINUTES FOUNDATION

The First Three Minutes Foundation is a non-profit organisation for public benefit. The Foundation’s mission is to implement modern European guidelines and standards for first aid and rescue in Bulgaria. The Foundation is authorized by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) to provide the Basic/Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS) courses and still is the only organization authorized to conduct these courses in Bulgaria with traceable certificates issued by the ERC to those who have successfully completed the training. The implementation of automatic defibrillators in public places is our priority, and we have partnership with the world’s leading manufacturers of automatic defibrillators, CPR mannequins and rescue equipment.
